Beaverbrook Townhouse is the most outstanding, discreet residence. We love staying here. Everything is immaculate, the staff are so friendly yet totally professional. Think Savoy/Lanesborough on a boutique scale….once you’ve been here, you’ll come back time and time again.

I have stayed at the sister hotel, Hotel Costes, before for work trips. This hotel is the friendlier version of the Paris Hotel. The staff was amazing from start to finish, the details in the room were amazing and the food was worth calling room service for. I can honestly say this is value for money...

Perfect hotel! We stayed here for our wedding in Chelsea, it was everything we wanted and more. From check in to check out we were made to feel completely at home.
If you are looking for a beautiful, high quality hotel in London we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and it’s wonderful staff.

The staff were highly engaged and helpful. The hotel remains excellently presented and maintained.
A small problem on a previous stay had been rectified and particular attention was paid to this matter on my subsequent stay. This was a reassuring demonstration of an attentive management team.
Being over-finicky, I happened to drop a coin which rolled under the bed, where I noticed more dust than I would have expected, but this was easily forgiven on an otherwise outstanding experience

Great stay for concert at Cadogan Hall & tennis at Queens. Comfortable room with good aircon; bright, modern bathroom with plenty of hot water; very little noise from street or builders. All staff great & a very nice table-service breakfast. Very good value via Expedia, would not hesitate to recommend.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. Despite the good service at other 5 star hotels, I could always find a small detail missing. I am not picky, but when it comes to top service I know what to expect, and notice when something, as small...
