Raised a support ticket with VRBO and within 30 minutes, the host cancelled our reservation with no explanation. We had booked before the coronation date was set. It is suspicious that we were cancelled perhaps in favour of more money. We were left to find alternative accommodation. Very unprofessional of VRBO host. Do not trust this person."

Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting. The oven had no shelves for us to cook and only 1 hob worked. We decided to leave within 3 hours of being there once we found alternative arrangement. The owner refused to refund our 3 night stay aswell deeming it...
