This condo is very clean and accommodating. Located within walking distance to mass transportation, restaurants, grocery store and other shopping store.
We spent three nights in London (including New Year's Eve). The apartment is beautifully designed, small but sufficient for a family of five, and located in a good and safe area. Communication with the owners / agency was uncomplicated. I would rent this apartment again and can only recommend it.
Our host(s) were kind and accommodating from the start, including arranging a last minute early check-in when one of our party members felt ill. They always provided timely and friendly responses. Their property was well-maintained, comfortable, and easy to navigate.
The flat is excellent value for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I also LOVED the location. Woolwich was a revelation - quiet, close to the tube and the Thames, cool coffee shops and restaurants. I would definitely go back. The flat itself could use a bit of TLC to make it perfect, but I am only talking minor things like a coffee table and taking the peeling stickers from the walls.overall though - excellent!
This is a great flat in a perfect location for getting around and seeing all of the attractions in London. You can easily access the city by train, bus or boat all within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the flat. Inside the unit, it was perfect for our family of four. Two bedrooms upstairs with an en suite in the main bedroom and a full bathroom downstairs. If you are looking for a place to stay in London and want easy access to get around the city without a car, this is a great place to do so.
We stayed for a week and from the time we checked in until we checked out we had such a great experience! The apartment was as described and was the perfect spot for us to enjoy all that London had to offer. The tube station was a few minutes away, there was a grocery close by, restaurants with great ambiance, and even awesome spots for morning coffee and pastries. On top of this, the property manager was WONDERFUL! She came out to meet us when we took the long way around the building, quickly responded to our questions, and was generous with her assistance. We would absolutely stay at this location again in the future.
The apartment was well equiped, very clean and communication very easy and immediate. If I could give more stars for location I would. Elizabeth line and DLR very close. Station very new, clean and nice helpful employees. Couldn’t ask for better restaurants and pubs easy walk from apartment. We visited them all...Dial Arch and The Guardhouse favorites. We are two women and we always felt very safe walking in this neighborhood at night. Nice french patisserie also very near. A few well stocked grocery stores right in the neighborhood. Highly recommend.
Our stay in the lovely appartement was excellent. Te location of the house is perfect.Thank you also for your help at our arrival !The only problem we had as a senior couple was , that we got worried because we got address and phone number of the place very late.
Great location near the train station. Not a ton to do around this specific area but looks to be growing in popularity. Place was nice, but feels more like a bachelor pad than we are used to staying in. Good value for the price!

Dola was a great host. While we did not meet, we communicated via email and she was very responsive. The apartment was kept clean and toasty! I will definitely stay here again.
We had a great stay at the apartment in Woolwich. It was super easy to get to all the locations of interest. Transportation gets a little expensive though. Woolwich had a yummy Tibetan restaurant, a Parisian coffee shop, and a giant supermarket. We felt comfortable in the apartment.
The flat is very near to train network and market. It is clean with all basic facilities available, including kitchenware. We very much liked it! Would definitely consider staying again in future!

We had a great time here—the apartment was stylish and well-laid out for such a small space so it never felt cramped for the 5 of us (my younger son slept on the sofa).
We were walking distance to a lovely bakery, a grocery store, the River, and some lovely old buildings. A short and simple train ride took us to the city center in no time! The location was excellent!
We stayed mid-June so it was quite hot and the lack of windows upstairs made the apartment warm. So if you don’t like the heat like me, be prepared! They did have fans which were helpful. Great stay overall!
I truly believe the listing was as described. It is a beautiful flat with two comfortable rooms and two bathrooms. For the price this is a steal in London.
The host communicated with us and made all the arrangements especially when we had a late arrival. She made us feel like home. There were several pamphlets in the room that helped us plan one of our tours and trips into London.
The property is really close to the train station and a various bus stops.
Would definitely recommend this location and would return given the opportunity.

As a family of four we loved our stay in between Christmas and New Year in Royal Arsenal. Communication with the owner was excellent, check in easy and the apartment as described.
Royal Arsenal is a regenerated area just outside of the town of Woolwich - it is beautiful with local amenities including cafe and supermarkets. The town centre of Woolwich itself is a little run don. The dock for the Thames Clippers is very close by and a great way to get into London city centre - much nicer than the tube! Make sure you buy a daily rover ticket to save money and you can hop on and off anywhere.
Overall a lovely apartment - would definitely use it again for a break in London.
How disappointing this stay was, we were late for check in due to our plane leaving and landing in very late, you HAVE to check in with a person to get keys and since we were after the check in time they charged us extra, this was not disclosed on their website at all and they were not accommodating with this and they were very rude in their communication on messages and when I called in person. They were very rude when I was requesting how to get to the VRBO as we are not from here and we were confused, you must call them btw 1 hour before your arrival, we were on our plane one hour before and did not care that we contacted them several hours before and once we contacted them they stated "we will see if we can get someone there to give you the keys" like there was a possibility of them not being able to and we would have needed to find another place to stay for all 5 of us. I have never had such a bad experience as this. And the place did not make up for all the rudeness. I would not recommend this location to anyone!
My family enjoyed this short stay at this lovely property.
Owner was responsive and did her best to make us feel comfortable. Instructions are clear and I had no issue checking in and out.
Location is near to train station and is a short distance to the shopping area.
Place is cosy and comfortable. Always looking forward to return to property after a tiring day.
Highly recommended!
