"We booked a twin room, which was confirmed at check-in however we were told that the room had a king size bed. Took 3 phone calls and two and a half hours to get housekeeping to ste the room up as booked. Not good enough. "

"For the cost this hotel was very good, free parking,nicely situated for access to town. Bus service so close. , Had nices meal in hotel restaurant and free morning breakfast ."

"Room was decent, they had built a different type of shower to the ones in sutton ibis hotel lower quality in my opinion but worked fine. One bedside lamp was broken and they tried to fine me for it but was broken before we arrived so be sure to report any faults while you are there. Staff were polite and breakfast was standard, enjoyed it but could have nicer sausages. Would stay again "
