"You pay for basic you get basic, that’s not a bad thing though. The hotel is clean and warm the staff are friendly and helpful, parking is easy and on site. Great view and easy to get too. I would stay here again."

During our second stay, we had to change room as the toilet bowl in our allocated room had terrible and visible stain underneath and this caused my wife (a very clean and meticulous woman) upset. Also, the installed heater was dysfunctional and an external heater had to be brought to us Overall we were pleased "

"Very close to the beach, excellent food and we particularly liked the champagne bar. Staff were great too. "

"Pros: Parking and location. Cons: Rooms and corridors need renovation. Heating was terrible with draft coming from "Off" AC, and radiator in adequate. Hairs and generally dirty bathroom, hadn't been cleaned. Really cheap toilet paper - had to fold about 6 time to stop it disintegrating! "

"We had an amazing stay for my partners birthday. The little touches that the hotel did were so lovely. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Make sure you eat at the Korean cowgirl as it was great potion sizes and good value for money. The only thing I wish was a bit better was the spa, if it was a bit bigger and had more loungers."
