Took the RER B line from CDG airport right to Gard du Nord train station and then line 2 metro to Place du Clichy Metro station. Hotel is walking distance from there. When you exit the metro it's a little confusing as to which direction Rue du Turin is because it's a circle of streets. We later found that Rome metro was easier to use for some of our travels throughout the city. There are lots of patisseries and cafes around. There is also a market not far from there, but the hotel doesn't allow food in the rooms, but for water or other drinks it's cheaper, especially beer and wine.

Staff are very friendly. Room was very clean, modern, and functional. Located across the street from Gare Saint Lazare and steps away from the subway. Easy walk to the malls Pringtemps and Galeries LaFayette and l'Opera. There is no elevator until you reach the 1st floor but staff carried our luggage upstairs for us. The hotel is small and felt safe. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is located next to the St Lazare station on a relatively quiet side street. You can literally walk across from the hotel entrance to a side entrance of the station making it very convenient if you are traveling into or out of Gare St Lazare.
The hotel looks to be brand new on the inside. It's bright, cheery with colorful splashes of contemporary art thru out the lobby and breakfast area which is light and airy due to the glassed in atrium ceiling. The entire hotel is modern. We stayed twice during our trip (before and after a visit to the Normandy area) and both rooms were quite roomy in spite of containing both a queen bed and a single bed. Rooms are equipped with a flat panel TV, desk, chairs & wardrobe. There's a small fridge stocked with drinks & snacks (charges apply) and coffee/tea making supplies for which you are not charged. The bathrooms are beautiful & supplied with plenty of plush towels as well as shampoo, hand cream & the usual small toiletries. Both the bathrooms & bedrooms are light, bright and most important to me SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. In fact the entire hotel is spotless. The rooms have big windows that allow plenty of light into the room.
The entire staff from the front desk to the house keepers were exceptional. They obviously place a very high value on customer service & went out of their way to answer all our questions, make wonderful suggestions & booked various tours for us.I can't stress enough how impressed we were with the outstanding staff.

My wife and I stayed at the Buddha Bar for 4 nights at the end of September, I was at first reluctant to choose an oriental-themed hotel for our first visit to Paris, but was won over by the (as it turned out justifiably) excellent reviews.
The room was really quite large, unlike most in Paris from what I can gather. It was also clean and very comfortable, though there is no air conditioning, which wasn't a problem during our stay but may be an issue in summer. There was also a large bathroom with oversized bathtub and separate shower and WC (with bidet).
The staff were excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
The location is also excellent, on a quiet street just a short walk to la Madeleine, the Place de la Concorde and the river. Many high-end shops are also located nearby. We walked A LOT during our stay and were able to get Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tour and hang out on the Left Bank without using public transport.
The Buddha Bar is a great hotel, with a wonderful staff and a perfect location and we strongly recommend it.

I had to go to Kuala Lumpur and Paris was only a stop on my long trip from Montreal to KL.
I stayed one night at that hotel on the way to KL and one night on the trip back to Montreal.
The hotel is near the terminus of the Roissy Bus (best way to commute cheaply and efficiently between downtown Paris and the CDG airport).

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my husbands 50th Birthday Surprise. I based my decision on the reviews completed by other guests. I really couldn't have picked a better hotel. The staff are so friendly really do take a genuine interest in you as individuals, so polite offering help, assistance with your plans for the day - to ensure you have a wonderful experience in Paris. The staff were all quite young - credit to them all.
To be fair this is probably one of best hotels we have stayed. Most importantly my husband had a great Birthday.

Luxury shops, monumental 19th century buildings, upscale apartments, restaurants and multinational corporations line the streets around La Madeleine. Landmarks include the Grand and Petit Palais, Palais de la Découverte (science museum), and the presidential palace. Gare St-Lazare stands on its eastern edges.
