The location is unbeatable, and the apartment itself is fantastic. From now on, this is the only place I’d choose to stay. It truly has everything you could want or need in an apartment, and it made me feel like a local, close to everything and incredibly convenient. I stayed in the top-floor unit, which is the only apartment on that level, and it was perfect: private, quiet, and simply amazing. Access codes are provided, and there’s also an on-site office if you need assistance. The experience was fantastic - well organized and gracious support from the hotel. Very good communication before and during our stay. The room was very clean, modern and thoughtfully organized. We are a family of four and found the suite to be small but very functional. It was very quiet and the amenities were very good. Furniture was all updated and fresh. Common areas were very well maintained. The location is fantastic! Only thing was in peak periods (morning and night) - we didn't have any hot water. After 3 days without a hot shower or hot water to do the dishes, it was abit annoying especially in the winter. But everything else was literally perfect. The apartment was new and spotless. The bed was so comfortable - I had the best sleep I’ve had in weeks! The location is great, all major attractions within easy reach by foot or metro. Communication with property management was easy and they were very friendly and quick to help with any requests. It was a great being able to leave our luggage in reception for the day. Plenty of food options, supermarkets and pharmacies in the surrounding streets. There was a bit of noise at night from the streets but the apartment seemed to have good soundproofing so this wasn't an issue. The only downside for us was the apartment was a little small with the two adults, two teens and our luggage. Other than that, I can’t fault this place!
