Fair stay for the price. Don’t expect much but if you’re looking for a place to lay your head for the night and shower, it does the job. Location was convenient super close by all the train/bus lines. Cute view from the 8th floor. They have lockers you can rent for luggage storage for pretty cheap or they have a closet to store your luggage for free.

The room itself is a good size but it doesn’t come with any fans unless you ask a member of staff And for hotter days the bunk bed was hard to sleep in for there was no ac one of our rooms smelt bad so the staff replaced the room. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast buffet because the food wasn’t worth it The shower and restroom didn’t have any locks but other than that and the bad smell the rooms were pretty clean Also there is a motor way next to the hotel so it was a bit loud during the night So rounded up if you were to come to this hotel I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast buffet and to keep in mind that the hotel itself is a bit far away from the main monuments and tourist attractions

The hotel was extremely busy, but really could do with some deeper cleaning. In our room, the sink wouldn't drain of water for ages, assuming blocked with multiple visitors toothpaste spit! There was a clump of someone's hair on the floor, and generally dust and some hair found in the toilet and shower area. We ended up buying a pack of disinfectant wipes and cleaned the room ourselves! The corridors smelled of sweat and the carpets were filthy. One of the lifts was out of order so it was a lot quicker to use the stairs for the amount of visitors trying to use the other 2 lifts On the plus side, there were vending machines with ample choices of snacks and drinks and coffee. We didn't use the breakfast facilities so can't comment on them. For the price, we expected budget, but cleanliness should still be a priority.

The hotel was okay for three of us traveling together with convenient access to the Metro. The lobby and rooms at the hotel were clean but the surrounding area near the hotel was strewn with litter and filth making it an unpleasant walk to the metro each day. The primary problem was a room without a working AC unit (it was broken) during a hundred-degree multi-day heatwave. Take a cold shower at night and be drenched in sweat before you can get dressed for bed. The staff was helpful and had a fan sent to the room which helped a tiny bit. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the room clean.

I would say this hotel is great if you’re traveling solo. It is clean and spacious but it is in a really bad neighborhood. There is no AC which is kind of upsetting but the room was nice and clean. If you’re staying solo or with a partner this would be ideal. If you’re traveling with young children i’d recommend staying somewhere closer to city center of Paris as this area is not the best.

The website says with AC when we got there the reception has postings NO Air Conditioner. They said it was not working for 2 mos now. They can only offer FAN in France’s heat. I asked for a refund and they denied. Expedia is NOT of help too.
