"While the overall hotel is nice and it’s great to have so many options for food and drinks, we did not have a clean room and didn’t discover that until we had settled in. A mug had clearly not been washed; there were someone else’s socks in a cubby; the sheets were stained (hopefully not dirty but stained makes you wonder). Amenities are adequate but not great (in particular, the natural shower products smelled awful), and overall I wouldn’t recommend the hotel based on this stay, unfortunately."

"Great location to theatres, shops, restaurants and local places like Oxford Circus, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. The staff are helpful and friendly. Room is quiet but needs a bit of maintenance and repair."

"Amazing location. Had a superior single which was small but roomy enough for a couple of nights. Very clean but did find bed a bit uncomfortable and pillows not good at all. However nice bathroom and shower good."

"Staff were lovely and really helpful on check in. The room (whilst small, which we expected) was immaculately clean and had great air con / heating facilities that worked really well. Beds were comfy. Great location too! "

We also enjoyed the happy hour in the bar. Hotel has a great location, very close to Kensington High Street Tube. Would love to stay again."

"Room was clean; staff were friendly and helpful; location was ideal for sightseeing and travel to other areas in England for day trips (easy walk to Euston Station and St. Pancras/Kings Cross). Underground is an easy walk from hotel and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby for meals and souvenirs. There are two parks at either end of the block for enjoying nature. I especially enjoyed the cafe and pub onsite for days when I didn’t want to go back out for dinner. Would recommend staying here for location and value. "
