"Please note this hotel is on a third floor of a building. There is no ground floor. You will need to go up 3 flights of stairs to reach the hotel floor. This was not disclosed anywhere in the listing and when I reached out to the hotel about it they offered no apologies or resolution. They left my messages on read and my mother and I had to stay somewhere else."

Brand new, modern, clean and comfortable hotel for an excellent price, the bed was very comfy and the staff were excellent. Tea and coffee and unlimited bottled water provided. A free shuttle from the airport is provided but sadly I missed that due to a late flight. Highly recommend!

Really beautiful hotel in an area that's easy to get around the city. The food and service in the hotel restaurant is brilliant and there's an exceptional guest experience manager called Belen who helped to make my sister's 30th birthday celebrations extra special. A very BIG muchas gracias! I'd highly recommend staying here.

I have just stayed a week in this hotel and I felt totally at home. The location is good, close to the centre of Madrid but far away enough to feel peace and quiet amongst the local population. The hotel itself was very pleasant, clean and welcoming and certainly worth the money. I had the option of an upgrade to a room on the front that I would recommend. I did not take the breakfast option, choosing instead to eat in local cafes which are plentiful although that is something I personally like...

My wife and I enjoyed a four night stay with breakfast included. It was the perfect stay and the hotel made our holiday. Would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is superb and such great value for money.

Definitely a great choice for a stay in Madrid. Mid July is hot so having the pool and rooftop was a great way to relax and cool off. The staff and service on the rooftop were great, really enjoyed the views and late night drinks. Very reasonable! We just had a basic room but was still a good size, very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and powerful shower. It is a quieter area of madrid, but still a lot of options right on the doorstep, a lovely bakery for breakfast just on the corner of the...

The hotel is very central, just off of Gran Via but does not get affected by any noise off the street.
Hotel is clean and modern, the staff are also friendly and accomodating.
Breakfast room can get a little busy but the staff on hand work hard to get a table prepared for you, breakfast was very good with branded products. Would be nice if more confortable seats were in the room rather then the metal bench.
Overall I would recommend to anyone, very pleased. Great hotel.

Great and very helpful staff;excellent location with a variety of good and affordable restaurants); scenic views on both sides and good access to public transport (including Barajas Airport).
Its a shame I can't get access to the gym next door though this is not the fault of the hotel
