"First trip to Colombia. The hotel met all of our expectations. Loved the breakfast buffet and the fact it was “free.” The rooms were clean and the staff were very kind. The pool is located on the beach and is very well kept. Our room had a safe and I appreciated that. Supermarket across the street and money exchange. I highly recommend to stay at this hotel and just take a taxi for the tourist attractions. Peace of mind is at this hotel! "

"Only positive thing about our stay in this hotel was the service we got while they were serving breakfast. Breakfast menu only have like five options to choose from. Besides that hotel was not well maintain. Every time my wife and I were going to take a shower we have to call reception for them to turn hot water on. Staff are not friendly. Will not recommend this hotel to no one that wants to visit Cartagena. "
