Fantastic decoration and even more fantastic staff

By far our best stay of the trip. This recently renovated older house features ornate but tasteful hand decoration everywhere, my dream of a Moroccan riad except that there is no garden. Concierge Siham is simply the best hostess we had in Mor0cco: her advice was always spot on and she was ready to do anything to give us a better stay. Case in poinL our twin rooms are a bit tight but Siham upgraded us to a very spacious double at no charge. Taxis can reach the front door but the medina is just yards away. Only hic is that sound from any room on the courtyard is heard in all of them.
Authentic, classic Moroccan riad. Great service provided by the staff, help us to settle all requests timely, especially Khalil & Yassine, feeling just like at home. Proactive attitude, lots of smile and good English made us feel so awesome staying there. Excellent Location in Fes Medina (Old city), nearby a local market and major Tannery shops. If you want to stay in Medina, Riad Jamai would be the one of the best choices.

Good quiet location to explore both inside and outside of medina. Easy to find and accessible for pick up n drop off. Breakfast plentiful coffee good. Staff very helpful. Cooked dinner for us on request. Plenty of hot water great pressure in shower. If you dont like stairs suggest ground floor. Would recommend.
This excellent hotel is charming, it’s small and the service is very efficient and friendly, the owner speaks very good english and nothing is too much trouble. The place itself is very clean, and no problem with hot water whenever you want a shower! It’s on the outskirts of the medina, which for me was the best of both worlds and I could explore into the depths of the medina during the day, but was convinient for trips outside of Fes (including a horribly early start for the flight home). if you want somewhere to sleep away from the hubub and without having to drag your cases up and down steep streets then this is the place for you. The food was fresh and exceptionally good, if you chose to eat here it’s better than many of the restaurants, and certainly better than the tourist traps near Bab Boujeloud. If you want to experience real Moroccan hospitality this is the place to stay!
Great place to stay! Exceptional in every way. Very clean and spacious. Location is ideal as is inside the Medina but not in the heart of the Medina which was very convenient for us. Samir and staff were beyond friendly. Samir was very helpful answering all our questions. He welcomed us with hot tea as tradition. Great breakfast provided by the Riad but dinner was beyond delicious. It has several pleasant common areas to relax, read books and have tea. The rooftop is incredible with a nice view of the Medina. They even picked us up from the airport and they drove us to the bus station to buy tickets to Chefchaouen. Wifi was excellent. In general, it covered all our needs and pleased all our expectations. We felt like home. Highly recommended..We would be back!
It is really an amazing and beautiful, there are pool, roof terrence, large lobby, etc. It is very chill stay in the riad. However, the staff of reception in riad is not as good as the hotel itself. It took a really long time for us to check in, the staff was just holding our passport and chatting with others. There was no introduction, we had to ask everything by our own. Other staffs are very friendly.
Had a fantastic 3 nights stay and the Riad is located in the centre of the 2 main tracks through the Medina. Yes it is tucked away down a couple of alleyways you might not want to be down late at night but felt totally safe, welcome and the staff could not do enough to help. Keep up the good work.
