"Lovely and clean apartment with sweeping views across Carbis Bay. The apartment is on a bus route into St Ives and the train station is about a 8-10 min walk. There is a Tesco Superstore up the road The apartment is bright and airy, spotless. There is a lovely vegan restaurant downstairs which was packed! Would highly recommend this apartment"

"We had a good welcome by Mark on our arrival who took time to tell us about the area and transport. The room was comfortable and clean and had a fridge with fresh water and milk everyday. Very good choice of breakfast, cooked and presented well. There is also private parking on the grounds. The Mustard tree is located within walking distance for the train station and also a beautiful walk along coast to St. Ives. Also there are plenty of beaches in the local area."

"The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind and we ended up being able to park in the hotel parking lot, which was a nice surprise. The room definitely needed to be updated and didn’t match the photos (we had a huge shag carpet in our room over the original rug which was clearly used to cover a big stain but honestly really kind of gross). I wouldn’t say our room was all that clean but the bedding was spotless and the bed itself was comfortable. Location was fantastic, right across from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was standard (coffee was bad). Again, can’t state enough how friendly and helpful the staff were."

"We stayed as a family of 7, 5 adults and 2 kids and we all loved the house, the hot tube is great, the location is great 5 minutes walk to the train station, a few mins more to the beach, the house its self has loads of space we never felt on top of each other and it’s equipped with everything you need, which is perfect.Neil and Lisa’s communication was excellent and they replied quickly to any questions we had.The views over Carbis bay from the back of the house are amazing, we would book this house again no questions asked."
