"We were able to park outside the main door in a disabled slot. We had a room which gave us a brilliant panoramic view of St Ives. The room itself was exactly as we ordered and the shower was good. Beds were comfy. What more could you wish for? Breakfast was more of a bunfight than a pleasant meal. Buffet style eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, beans, pancake etc exactly like in a service station, and a million other hotels. The eggs were like plastic flip flops, the bacon stiff s a board and burnt, pancakes ran out, the meusli options were equally crudely presented and the coffee was out of a big brown machine which had no charm, produced luke warm weak coffee unless you managed the water flow. Yet I rate our stay as excellent because of the attitude of the staff and the care they gave to make sure we got what we wanted. The premises are delightful, the grounds a dream"

They all go above and beyond to make our stay fantastic from the Manager Alex to Reece Amyanf Josh in the restaurant . Wes and Rob in the Bar. The breakfast ladies to Danni in the spa and all the other ladies in the spa. It always feels like home from home. Truly exceptional and outstanding Staff and expiernce Kam & Jac"
