"We stayed for one night. The staff were fantastic and juliet checked us in and was very welcoming. Unfortunately it was really busy. They had little to offer for a vegetarian meal in the bar. They had a function on and the noise from people shouting etc late into the night meant we had no sleep. "

"This hotel is super convenient- fantastic in fact. HOWEVER, the walls are paper thin, the heating comes on all through the night and is loud, and the bed and pillows are pretty uncomfortable. The food is great. So, take ear plugs and your own pillow and you may get some sleep."

"Room (junior double) was ok if a bit rough around the edges, and could do with a refresh though we had a lovely sea view. Good job we are on the smaller side as the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. Didn't use any facilities of the hotel apart from the breakfast room, and have to say what a good breakfast it was - we didn't need to eat again until the evening! Hotel is well placed for Llandudno Town, pier and the Great Orme. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and we would consider staying here again."
