Loved the Dorp’s quirkiness and overall atmosphere. The rooms and bed very comfortable and well equipped. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing property with amazing staff. Can’t recommend enough. 8 mins walk into camps bay; yes it’s a hill but think of it as your steps for the day plus you get the views of the bay as you drop down. Breakfast really fab plus pool area lovely. 5 stars to all the staff there

We really enjoyed our stay with Zest, from lovely welcoming staff who greeted us with an ice cold drink when we were sweaty from a long plane ride, to a delicious breakfast, to a very comfortable room. The hotel is eco-conscious too so it's even better to know your stay is doing good by people and planet.

Me and my wife stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even left rose petals and sparkling wine in the room for us. The hotel has a very classic and stylish feel and contrary to other reviews which state noise being a problem we had no issues at all.

The main thing that stands out is the staff, they are helpful beyond measure and will go above and beyond, with enthusiasm and personality. Arrived earlier than the official check in time to be met by the friendliest hotel reception we have ever experienced! We arrived early, hours before check-in, but the hotel were expecting us and made us feel very welcome, offering us a space to freshen up in before we ventured out to make the most of our one full day in Cape Town. Truly one of the most special places in the world, no place like it. Incredible setting, delicious food and top attention to detail. Patrick and Lamla (spelling?) were terrific and looked after us like family, even driving out to buy me some zamaleks when the hotel didnt stock it. Rooms are spotless and attention to detail terrif. Chef's Warehouse restaurant is a must. This was our second visit in a year and cannot wait to come back again. Very highly recommend it.

Very friendly check in at the hotel - gave us a full tour and showed us the key features in the room. Excellent club lounge with drinks and nibbles during happy hour. Comfortable and well maintained.

Our room was enormous and soooo comfortable and the view of table mountain made it extra special. The staff at this hotel are outstanding too.

A truly magical stay, really brilliant dinner and all drinks included which makes it better value for money. Lovely staff. Beautiful hotel in every way. The staff are the best I've ever known. Nothing is too much trouble and they all have a very friendly manner. The Concierge staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Nice location. Close to the V&A waterfront with lits of restaurants and coffee shops within a five minute walk. Staff were friendly, welcoming and polite. Room was clean ans spacious with a nice shower room. Didn't have chance to appreciate the swimming pool hut the breakfast was very nice with a large buffet offered as well as a variety of cooked and made to order breakfasts.

South Africa may be known for diamonds and gold, as well as an abundance of natural wonders, but Cape Cadogan is a jewel of a hotel in Cape Town. It is a small hotel that delivers personalised 5 star service. We were very pleased to have chosen Cape Cadogan rather than one of the big chain hotels near the Waterfront.

This was a cut above the average airport hotel, with attention to detail in the rooms and great service.

There is no air-conditioning in either of the bedrooms only in the living room. Having AC in the bedroom would be a great improvement.
