Run! this is listed as 5 stars trust me, it's not. the only good thing here is the staff. they advertise 6-7 restaurants open daily there was only 3. the beach is full of Sargassum. which made the entire resort smell like poop. the resort has overpriced scamming taxi services for you to leave the resort. the food is horrible. the swim outs are dirty and anybody from the beach can literally jump up to the swim out

The rooms, pools, and property were clean and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay very family friendly. I upgraded and I had access to the rooftop pool which was for adults only and it was very relaxing. The staff were the best very friendly and ready to cater to your every need. The food was ok. I went to 5 of the restaurants including the buffet. They had games for the kids to play and pool activities and games with music to enjoy during the day.

Our stay was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful at all times of the day. The pool was great as well, the entertainment staff did a good job keeping the crowd alive in the heat. The only thing I’d like to see different is the variety of food. A lot of American food, my family was expecting more Mexicans dishes.

The staff and facilities are lovely. Love that it’s not a gigantic resort. Plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy the gorgeous ocean views. Loved the Blue Grill Restaurant for a chill lunch. Buffet is great for breakfast, but don’t miss the handmade Sopas near the theater. Felix was an awesome server at the pool, so helpful. Will definitely be back.

The staff at Dreams Sapphire were absolutely incredible—friendly, kind, professional, and extremely hardworking. Every member of the team was knowledgeable and provided outstanding service, from the bar staff and coffee shop staff to the buffet and restaurant teams, the front desk, and the concierge. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless and well maintained. Housekeeping visited twice a day, once in the morning and again in the evening for turndown service, leaving chocolates on the bed, which was a lovely touch. It was the genuine warmth, attention to detail, and exceptional hospitality of every staff member that made our vacation so memorable. Thank you to the entire Dreams Sapphire team for making our stay such a wonderful experience—we can't wait to return!
