We had a great stay at Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres. The resort itself is absolutely immaculate—everything was spotless, well maintained, and the grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was good with lots of fresh fruit always available, which we really enjoyed. Lunch had plenty of good options, but our absolute favourite was the wood-fired pizza and gelato—both were excellent and something we looked forward to every day. Dinners were okay, not as memorable as lunch, but still decent with enough variety. Overall, the cleanliness, beautiful resort, and amazing lunch options made this a very enjoyable vacation, and we would definitely return.

My family and I had a great time at this resort. It was our first time and we had a great experience. All the staffs are friendly. Our bottler Emiliano Rivera from Guest services helped us alot and Ricardo was the best bartender from the family selection. The Rafa Nadal Academy was also briallliant. Highly recommeneded.

I think the only I think everything was wonderful. The staff were helpful. Food was delicious. People were very gracious. The only thing I felt to be challenging was navigating the property and understanding how certain systems worked but as soon as I asked, I got the information I needed. Thank you.

Staff were amazing, upon check in we were given complimentary access to the TRS side. Maria with the concierge helped us as well and was able to book tennis and restaurants, she was very helpful. We will be returning!

The room was clean, and the hot water temperature was good. There were staff on the beach who took drink orders, which made the experience stress-free. However, the humidity in the room was quite high, which caused a musty smell like mold, so it would have been better if there had been a dehumidifier.

We experienced a warm welcome and continued attention to all our needs during our stay at the Grand Palladium. Such a beautiful and very well cared for setting with attention to even the small details. The staff was engaging and pleasant throughout our stay. Special kudos to Maria Dorantes (VIP Concierge Grand Palladium) for her caring support during our stay. The food was delicious in all the various restaurants we frequented. We had a very warm welcome by the staff and in our room. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. For example, we had issues with our 3rd party airport shuttle and Brando assisted with securing a different ride.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres. The facilities are beautiful, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. What truly stood out was the level of service. The staff were consistently kind and proactive - whether it was stopping golf carts or boats to help me get around, I always felt supported and taken care of. I travelled alone with my young son, and the experience was seamless. The resort offered ease, comfort, and entertainment, which made the trip especially enjoyable for both of us. A special thank you to Emiliano and Jonathan Del Valle, who was incredibly responsive, helpful, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. Their support made a meaningful difference in our stay. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would absolutely return.
