The views, location, and pool were fantastic. The staff were very nice and attentive. The price for the room was good. Some maintenance items in the room and a softer bed would make this a great experience. A/C was not cooling properly towards the end of the stay but we managed. Overall, a good experience.

The property is outdated. Bathroom looked dirty and I didn't feel comfortable standing barefoot inside the tub. They only provided a bar soap, so make sure to bring your toiletries. It is in the hotel zone and nice view to the beach. Our room did not have a balcony.

I typically do not leave reviews, but this establishment was the most unsatisfactory I have ever encountered. I highly recommend saving your money and seeking accommodations elsewhere. Cancun Plaza Condos, in particular, is quite dreadful and frustrating. While the pool area is pleasant, the rooms are truly awful, especially the unit I stayed in. It appears that some units are privately owned, similar to Airbnbs or run by family groups, while a portion is managed by hotel management. Frequently, there is a lack of customer service or readily available assistance for any concerns. Please consider my advice; I am simply trying to be truthful to prevent others from enduring such a terrible experience. I had to check out and find another hotel. Oh, and the A/C doesn't work. When I contacted one of the persons in charge, he claimed that he had just fixed the A/C. Furthermore, I asked for a refund, and he declined, stating that I didn't operate the air conditioner properly, and I have not received my refund yet.

Our room at Cancun Plaza was at one of the most convenient spot. Oxxo is very near. Beach is attached and no crowd at all. Other expensive hotel has very crowded beach. Also, the food of the attached restaurant was really good and at reasonable price.

The bed was unbelievably hard, to the point where I couldn’t wait for it to be morning and I didn’t have to sleep anymore. Also the wifi was super slow and could not be on the wifi while my husband and 2 sons were on it. The positives were that the staff were nice and the restaurant there was very good for dinner. I’m sorry but I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
