"My stay at GR Solaris was amazing. The staff including pinto and many others went above and beyond. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding, Room was exceptional every day and the cleaning staff was amazing! I would say more options for food. Only 1 breakfast buffet/option sometimes you had to wait in line but only 10 -15 minutes. Getting a Reservation wasn't easy was booked every time, but we were able to just walk in without an issue a few times. I would reccomend in this price category for sure! Beach is beautiful and pools fun and entertaining. At night they had Entertainment and the shows were very good! "

"Overall great stay for the price point! Bartenders and wait staff got to know you by name. Property was clean. Rooms slightly dated but clean. Food was average. Took three of our kids with us, the interconnecting room was perfect. Resort is on the small side, but this made it convenient to go back and forth to our rooms and have easy ability to have visual on our kids. We took pool float chairs and floated all day. 4 days was plenty. "

"We stayed at this all inclusive resort and I have to say that this resort was clean and very well maintained by the staff. What lacked was the food quality. We had high expectations our first night going into their Mexican restaurant because we were in Mexico, the food was terrible. The tortillas were stale, the avocado placed on top of the tacos had a brown layer due to it sitting out too long. The birria was over cooked and chewy. The buffet that they have available for breakfast and lunch was horrible as well. The only place In the resort that was decent was the steakhouse that’s only open during dinner. We were really disappointed in investing our money to an all inclusive with horrible food. We definitely won’t be staying here again. "

"Pros: The way the reception team greeted and received us is fantastic. Hotel staff and their Service is very good. Stay was pleasant, properly is cleanly maintained. Cons: There is no elevator from parking to lobby. Each time you and your family pull out the car, it’s punishment for all to climb narrow stairs from parking. UG parking was smoke filled and not properly ventilated, airiated. Restaurant service was pathetic and taste was not up to the mark"
