The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. Big shoutout to the hostess Jenifer Rangel — she was always so friendly and made sure everything was great during our stay. The only downside for us was the rule about no kids in the main pool, which we didn’t really like. Other than that, everything was really good."
