"Great time"

"We chose this place because we needed something good enough, on a budget, and last minute. This place was smaller than what I thought it would be, but that turned out to be good. I've gone to other large resorts and it gets a little tiring having to walk far to have dinner or needing a shuttle. They have one medium sized pool which was surprisingly warm. The beach area was very small, but it was clean. They have a sauna and steam room which were really nice. Their hot tub was unfortunately small and cold. The room was clean, air conditioning worked well, bed was comfortable, and staff were great! We enjoyed the meals at the Mexican and Italian restaurants. They surprised us with a bottle of champagne, cake, and decorations in our room for my husband's birthday. The food at the buffet was mixed. I was not a big fan of breakfast, but lunch and dinner had some amazing options. They change the menu every day and the asian food was delicious! I'm glad we stayed here. We had a great time and the staff were very thoughtful."

"We visited in April 2026 and stayed for a week. We paid for the Vantage Club for a day and spent the day at the pool on the rooftop. One day was enough as there are plenty of restaurants, activities and pool chairs on the main level. Ceasar from the entertainment staff was good leading water aerobics. The music could get a bit loud after 3pm but we were usually heading in by then. The restaurants were all very good. Our favorite waiter was Aaron at the Mexican restaurant. We paid extra for a romantic dinner on the rooftop. While the ambiance was wonderful and the views were spectacular, the food was not worth what we paid (approx. $300 USD)."

"Resort is new and very nice. Was not as fun or personable as other RIU resorts. We had partial Oceanview overlooking the public beach. Rooms very nice. Room service very basic. They charged us $25 to get the sheets changed as my son had got sick. We tipped $5 daily too... Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend. "

"Great stay. Only down side was amenities close kinda early. The pools close at 8pm. It’s a very nice quiet stay. Loved the buffets also. Walkable distance to the hub of the hotel zone for nightlife."

"There were no available lou ge chairs with umbrellas on arrival. I hate when a resort does not have enough for their guests. The food was very little variety, and everything we tried was terrible"
