"Very Disappointing Stay — Not What We Expected from Hilton
My family and I stayed from May 6–9 but ended up shortening our stay and checking out after the second day due to a very disappointing experience.
From the moment we arrived, things were poorly managed. Check-in took about 45 minutes, with a long line and no clear system in place. Guests were visibly frustrated. I spoke with the manager, Jason, but he didn’t seem equipped to resolve the situation or provide clear direction.
The overall cleanliness of the property was unacceptable. Hallways had trash scattered throughout, and our room was never serviced despite calling housekeeping. No one ever showed up.
There was also a fire alarm/annunciator issue around 2:00 AM, which was extremely disruptive. When I called the front desk, the staff did not appear to know what was happening or how to address it, which was concerning.
Additionally, the hotel does not match its online images. The photos appear misleading, especially the infinity pool and scenic views, which looked significantly different in person.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend staying here."
