"Room look untidy, there was a massive rip in the carpet, dirty clothes and underwear had been left in one of the drawers from a previous guest, stains on the walls. Altogether a horrible room. Never going back to a Ramada. "

"Only ground floor room or one room with locked adjoining door with stranger left at 6pm when I checked in. The hotel knew that I was a female travelling on own and had many couples and families staying, yet no accommodation made for this. They also knew this wasn't ideal as they apologised. To be fair on the staff they offered free parking overnight as a result, however not ideal given reports in the media this week about single female staying in another hotel chain. Hairdryer in room did not work, staff not interested when I reported at checkout (good job I had also brought a small travel one, otherwise would have mean a soggy trip to reception!) Again, to be fair I have used this hotel before and not had any problems. Hotel clean, fairly priced, good breakfast. "

"A bit dated Misleading photo- there is a wide road between hotel and river Easy walk to Centre Mould round conservatory windows and bathroom shower Staff pleasant but no sign at anytime of any management Perhaps that’s why details are not observed!"

"I enquired about the parking charge which on the hotels.com platform does NOT mention any charge. I have a screenshot to prove it. It seems I cannot add it here. Other than that, the hotel is very good and particular praise to the young man who helped me at breakfast by posting up and bringing my choice to the table. I use a walking stick so carrying to table for me is difficult. One other comment is the key arrangement of pressing buttons is not that easy. They are small and if sight not brilliant, it makes it hard to use."

"The welcome was excellent. The room was lovely, not sure if there was a wardrobe as I didn’t find one. Parking was well organised with plenty of room although not really sure it warrants £5 per night as it’s a private car park. Near to park and ride so that was appealing. All in all a great two days stay, thank you."

"Modern functional hotel set on a new housing estate. Clean comfortable rooms, high levels of cleanliness, dinner in the restaurant was good. Didn't try the spa so unable to comment."

"The hotel was lovely, as were the staff. My concern is the parking, it’s not free even for guests. It is also very confusing, having arrived late and being unaware of the parking charges I am waiting to hear from the parking vendor about the late parking charges. It is only for the confusing and expensive parking charges that we won’t be staying here again. "
