"Staff were okay. No enthusiasm or whatsoever and just literally gave us the welcome paper and that's it. Restaurant staff were slightly better as they were a bit more welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was basic and dry. We wanted to swim and use the pool with our baby but weren't allowed as they told us that there's only a time allowed for babies, however this wasn't explained to us upon checking in and a bit of consideration and 'hospitality' could go a long way as we requested that even a quick lounge would really be appreciated but nothing. Again, dry communication. "

"You don’t actually meet any staff but emails and notices at the property are good. Great location, decent accommodation and well equipped room/ apartment. My only request would be a new washing up sponge and a clean tea towel but that’s just a thought. We would definitely return."

"Guess we should have realised from the price. This is well located but very basic. The bar below is a noisy club. We didn't mind that, but others might. The room was clean but very basic. Bathroom and toilets shared down a flight of stairs. The staff were lovely. "
