"The resort was horrible for starters when I first got there 2 of the elevators where not working I felt bad for the older who had to walk to third elevator with me second there was menstrual blood on what of the out door chair I had to report the front desk three times before they finally removed it cushion,the food was horrible I had to go outside resort for decent food . Third the hotel does not inform you at check in or website that you have to walk to the street at check out when you call a uber this was the was customer service hotel I have ever visit,"

"There was frequent low pressure in the water in the room. I couldn’t flush the first day and other guests reported that they hadn’t been able to shower. They asked at every meal about allergies but then they still didn’t know our allergies. Which is excellent they ask but why does the hostess ask if the waitress doesn’t get told? The breakfasts were delish with awesome fruit platters. Get that. The beach restaurant should have sushi at supper. It was the best thing that restaurant offered and it was excellent. (I have a shellfish allergy and my daughter has a red meat allergy.) Otherwise the staff is kind and attentive and went out of their way to make my birthday feel celebrated. I would definitely go back without hesitation. We felt safe the entire time. "

"Our great stay until checkout came, and we found out that my two Cartier rings were stolen by housekeeping. Security checked the card reader logs, and found out that housekeeping came in four times but did not clean the room. Presumably checking to see if we had left anything in the room. They maid Amelia who was assigned to our room, entered and left with my belongings and also clocked out of her shift two hours early without notifying anyone, because she had two Cartier rings in her possession (which is obviously more money than what she can make there in weeks or maybe even months) I filed a report with the hotel and they’ve done nothing other than deny, my claims and telling me to check my luggage more carefully. I don’t recommend going here unless you’re OK with theft."

"The staff was amazing the food what’s the best? I didn’t have to leave the pool. The staff was always there asking me what you need getting it for you. The rooms were amazing. I would go back again. they did a good job on my niece’s wedding."

"The hotel and the beach were nice. It was disappointing to learn that even though we are Diamond members with Hilton that none of our benefits were honored because we booked the trip with Expedia. I understand that they wouldn't give us points, but usually we feel a little special when staying at a Hilton and that was not the case here. We had paid for an oceanfront room and they gave us the room that overlooked the ocean as well as building material, trucks and equipment used around the hotel. Plus a bonus view of the neighboring hotel with a very active party scene and loud music. We requested a different room and they refused and later we found out that they were operating at 60% capacity when we arrived. The beach was nice and some of the staff members were very attentive, but whenever it came to set up beach chairs and umbrellas I couldn't find anyone to help. Maybe just bad luck. If you find a staff member named Javier, stick with him. He was super nice and very attentive. Overall not a bad experience, just some details. If they don't like to get bookings through Expedia, maybe they shouldn't list their hotel there or at least match the deals you can get. One last thing: The food at the hotel was almost as much as the stay and we didn't even have breakfast/lunch/dinner at the hotel every day. The restaurant Vela was very nice, but the food in the lounge was disappointing."
