"This was our first time at an all- inclusive in Cabo. We were quite impressed. First, the staff is great and very friendly, especially our concierge Tedd! He was the best and always in contact with us plus went over and beyond for my daughter’s birthday! Thank you Tedd! The food was very good and the service as well. My only critique would be some cleanliness issues around pool but other than that we had a great stay!"

"Great spot, gorgeous view. In the billionaire corridor without the price. Staff was spectacular, went out of their way in every area requested. I fished by the rocks on the beach when tide was low, very relaxing. Only drawback is Cabo and San Lucas are hilly an this hotel is built into the cliffs like the pictures show so almost all rooms are at min 2-3 revolving hills down to get back to lobby/then walk to exit gate. Anyone with mobility issues be aware. I wouldnt say dont come, but try to stay during off season times so there are plenty of carts available to request travel from rooms to gate."

"We were thoroughly impressed with our stay here. We have stayed at “better rated”(just on Expedia) properties in Cabo and the Zoëtry was by far better for us. Our top qualities were heated pools and a hot tub (we always go early in the year and it can still be chilly so this was incredible!). We loved the activities offered and made it so nice to just stay on the resort. They have two onsite restaurants and this is limited considering other resorts have 4-6, however, the variety and changing of menus each night was phenomenal. I had such a unique selection and after 6 days I still hadn’t had everything they have to offer! Also the quality and presentation of food was amazing. Service from all the staff was fantastic, they were prompt and made sure all of our needs were catered to immediately."
