My best friend and I planned this for my 50th birthday, and I had high hopes for a "perfect" trip. There wasn't a moment when I didn't feel spoiled and taken care of. This was a birthday gift to myself, and wow, it exceeded all my expectations. Bryan at the front desk went above and beyond for us on several occasions and truly took such good care of us. We also want to recognize the outstanding service from the pool staff—Isabel and David, along with Donald at Sakke, who were incredible. On our final evening, dining at Canto del Mar was the perfect way to end our trip. Unfortunately, I do not recall the names of the servers there, but their service was flawless and left a lasting impression. Housekeeping was spectacular. Our room was wonderfully clean, and we never had to wait for anything. The towels were always fresh, and the staff was incredibly respectful with our belongings. The nightly turndown service felt indulgent and added a special touch to our stay. The food was excellent everywhere we ate, and the views were absolutely stunning—truly the perfect backdrop for dinners. What stood out most was that I never had to ask for help; someone was always there, ready to assist with kindness and professionalism. EVERY place we ate the food was terrific. We actually made the mistake of going into town for another dinner to try it.
