"The hotel is right at the Ca' D'Oro water bus stop. Our family of four (two teens) got two rooms. Both were fantastic with canal views.
Rooms were comfortable, with some small items in need of repair, but this didn't affect our stay.
We were able to walk just about everywhere and occasionally used waterbus.
Breakfast was excellent and would definitely recommend.
