We absolutely loved it here. I wanted a nice hotel that was close to St Mark’s Square, it was also easy to get to on the boat from the train station to the dock. Hotel was right there. They were so friendly and helpful. We were going on a cruise and they handled the transfers for us and they made sure we were taken care of white glove service. I highly recommend, you’ll get the whole Venice feel here. The gondola’s are right outside the widow and you’re super close to all the best shops.

Amazing location at the heart of Venice and minutes from St Marks square. Beautiful Venetian art style, without being over the top like some. Intimate boutique-type hotel rather than grand palace. Gondola stop right outside, book at reception to be whisked straight to the front of the line and/or pop in to the St Regis next door for a sundowner by the Grand Canal! Wonderful stay.

The room was very clean and layout well thought out with lots of hooks and nice storage areas for belongings. Turn down service was great, breakfast has a small buffet component and a nice made to order selection. A couple of small points: Bed was a bit hard and the water bottles provided in the room are very small. AC service was quite spotty but concierge was able to provide a fan on request. The location is great with the nearest water bus/ taxi port around a 5 minute walk away. We had a hiccup the morning of leaving - our private transfer was arranged over 24 hours prior to our checkout and 2 hours before our departure, we were advised that we had to leave 30 minute earlier as there would be no taxi available for the requested time. More notice would have been appreciated, but this may have been outside of the hotel’s control.

Just perfect, lovely, quaint hotel in a perfect location for a magical Venice experience. Can walk to everything and everywhere — from St. Mark’s Basilica to the Teatro Phoenicia and Vivaldi’s church we just had a fabulous stay. The room was delightful and elegant; morning breakfast a true delight with lovely a lovely greeting and deliciously prepared food with healthy options — and treats alike!

The property is amazing, in an excellent location. The rooms are modern inside, and this is the cleanest hotel we’ve been in so far. The staff is amazing, providing all the support that you need. The cleaning service is amazing as well, you feel treated as a royalty. The Il Picollo restaurant is amazing with great breakfast options and a quite fine dining service. It was an amazing experience and we will definitely go back.

Genuinely friendly staff who took a personal interest in their guests. We had many interesting and informative chats with the manager and all her team. This made the stay unique. Great room, great breakfast and dinner. The small touches were well thought out from the sweet jars in the bar to the flowers and paintings throughout the hotel.

Loved this hotel and the location is perfect. Rooms were modern and much needed in Venice. Staff were lovely and attentive, and the dining was delicious. The only feedback I can think of was that the room gets a little warm at night, the air conditioning isn’t as strong but otherwise wonderful stay.

A gem! Great location, walkable to almost everything. The owner and staff take a personal interest and truly want their guests to have the best possible experience. Was very sorry to leave, want to return if I ever make it back to Venice, and highly recommend. Expensive, but you do get what you pay for and it’s worth every euro.
