"Perfect find fir a few nights away with the bonus of parking in Keswick!! Hotel was beautiful and certainly above the ‘stars’ given. Bedrooms were massive and tastefully decorated. Breakfasts were amazing and plenty of it. Some decor dated bit the staff certainly made up for any of that. .. Kind, professional, knowledgable, engaging abd with a sense of humour. …. Certainly a credit to Hotel. Hotel has recently been modernised bit nit lost its Victorian charm. Definitely worth a visit "

"Oh my what a hidden gem for families. Massive rooms. Tennis court and massive pool. Decent breakfast choice. Didn’t stay for dinner so can’t comment. Would love to return "

"The room was cute and comfortable. Staff were great too. We had a schedule change and had to leave before breakfast was served, but they went out of thier way and packed us a to-go breakfast "

"Relaxing comfortable place by a large lake, easy access to wonderful hikes in the hills. It’s not terribly busy even in the peak of the summer, it’s away from the crowds."

"This is a lovely hotel in a great location. My room was gorgeous and had the best nights sleep I’ve had in years, as the room is sound proofed. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Just a few things to be aware of. This hotel is quite expensive to book, and it’s a little cheeky they charge an Additional cost for parking, £25 for the night. It does not have aircon so is quite warm. The food and drink are overpriced. (Recommend going elsewhere) However, it is a lovely hotel and you can’t beat the location "
