Room at the Inn!
The Inn was warm and comfortable, the staff were helpful, polite, quick to get things done and the Covid 19 set up was clear, logical, easy to follow and adhered to by staff and customers. I stayed in a single occupancy room, which was small but cosy and everything worked. Bed was soft and very comfortable and the shower was easy to control, both heat and strength, which was good after a cold day out and early morning. Food was from a basic menu but of good quality, the large portions would suit the avid walker after a long day out with nothing but Kendal mint cake! large! Nice traditional style bar area and a good range of beverages on tap. Would stay again if the need arrises.

Excellent Accommodation in amazing location
Had a really great 1 night stay here in this special part of the world. Very flexible with me arriving late, and staff that I encountered from the booking process until I left were all friendly and happy to help. The room was comfortable and had everything required for a decent night stay. The surrounding area is exceptionally beautiful and I look forward to returning some time soon!

Quite and relaxing.
Lovely rural location. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. COVID19 controls were very good. Only gripe was lack of hot water to the bathroom sink.
