It was the start of our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a junior suite which was a fantastic start to our trip. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. "Reliable hotel that we've used several times. Basic but well kept. Brilliant Pod system to terminal 5 means we return even when rooms are not very well equipped (no plug sockets near bed, small bathrooms). Always good value in terms of cost. Helpful friendly staff. "

"This is my second time staying here and has always been very good. It was still good, but I was disturbed alot by the neighbour next door talking incredibly loudly on his phone. Also, I would have liked to not receive an email the day before I am due to check out, asking me to check out online. I think it takes away from your experience of being away if it feels like the hotel is rushing you to check out. "
