"We arrived late only to find the room we were given had a dirty toilet seat !!! YUCK!!! We rented a room for three people, what we had in the kitchen was 2 forks, two spoons and two knifes. The kitchen contained no towels and not even some paper packages of salt and pepper. Do they really expect you to buy these things for a 3 day stay? Contrary to what is listed, there in no coffee maker, just a kettle for heating hot water. The staff were super, but the housekeeping sucked. The couch in the first room was covered in stains. There is no daily housekeeping you find out upon arrival. The location is great with the underground and busses very close, but until the management decides to take the steps needed to make the place a bit more presentable I wouldn't book it again. "
