This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. It is in the red light district in Tokyo. It actually felt safe and we never had a problem. But we got some looks with our 12 year old. lol.
