"Former New Yorker here, now living up in the Finger Lakes. We came into the city for a few days with my husband, our two college-age daughters, and my 80-year-old mother. "Stay was fine. Check in was unclear, cleaning ladies there until four pm. No extra blankets for guests as the reservation was for six people which made sleeping arrangements difficult. Overall these would’ve made the experience more enjoyable. Location was nice and easy to get to. "
