"The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. Two days before we were leaving the owner of the unit called demanding that I ask the Host to pay him money owed for our renting the unit. I called customer...

"The house was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the East River with stunning views of the Manhattan skyline, and Brooklyn Bridge. There were also plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay!"

"Unfortunately, my experience at this property did not match the expectations set by the listing. Upon arrival, my family and I encountered several issues that made us uncomfortable staying. The walls were visibly dirty, the couch had noticeable stains, and the door handle to the unit was broken — forcing us to use a card to push it open throughout our stay.
