Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Lower East Side. This stylish space sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably with 2 full-size beds and a sofa bed. Enjoy a 55" smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and all the essentials for a great NYC stay.



The Space:

Our thoughtfully designed apartment offers a comfortable and functional layout ideal for families, friends, or business travelers. The two bedrooms each feature full-size beds with fresh linens and soft lighting to help you unwind after a day in the city. The living room includes a plush sofa that converts into a sleeper, as well as a 55-inch smart TV perfect for streaming your favorite shows or catching up on the news.



The kitchen may be compact, but it's fully stocked with everything you need—cookware, utensils, a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker—so you can enjoy a home-cooked meal or a quick breakfast before heading out. The bathroom includes a standing shower, clean towels, and basic toiletries.



The apartment is located in a walk-up building, and while it's in the heart of the city, the space is designed to feel like a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle.

Apartment was exactly as described. Great location! Lower East Side neighborhood had tons of great restaurants, dessert, coffee, etc right outside our door. The location of the apartment is also walking distance of a few subway line stations - it was especially easy for us to get up to Central Park and down to lower Manhattan on the subway. We also walked to Chinatown and Little Italy. Nicely equipped with kitchen items plus washer and dryer. Clean. Our family of five (including three teenagers) used it for 3 nights. It was a little tight but that’s to be expected in NYC and it was definitely doable, especially for a much lower price than what we would pay for a hotel room for five people. 30 min Uber/Lyft/taxi ride from LaGuardia. I was a little worried because there were no reviews when I booked but everything went smoothly. I verified that they had previous reviews on another platform prior to this. Good communication. Highly recommend!
