"Excellent city centre aparthotel"
Our apartment was a really good size and was immaculately clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and offered everything you would need to cook a meal. The location of the apartment was really good; on a quiet street a short walk from Temple Meads and the city centre

"Home away from home"
My husband and I and our little one year old wanted to do a long weekend break. I was conscious of travelling with my daughter as I have never 'gone away' with my little one when she was younger. We were visiting Bath, Bristol and Cardiff and this apartment was reasonably placed (and priced). Pros -The location was in a quiet residential area -There's a large tesco extra less than a mile away - The apartment was clean to a good standard - They had the essentials in the apartment like iron, pots and pans, liquid, working tv! And a dvd player with a few dvds (we left two for future guests) - quite spacious (2 bedroom ground floor Cons -My confirmation email stated that check-in is 3pm. We arrived at the apartments at 4.10pm and our key was not available. When I rang them the lady I spoke to seemed to suggest that they were in there. (Why would I lie?) She said she would follow up with her colleague.I then went on to state that it's gone 4pm so there really isn't any excuse as to why the key shouldn't have been there. crying baby in the car, tired and hungry isnt a good combo.. 10 min later a lady pops out of the apartment and has left my key in the safe box. Now nt too much concern but on the day we we checking out. We had a very stern looking cleaning lady saying that it's gone 10am (check out time) and we were hurried out of the door.. (meaning in the rush i left my phone inside the apt!) So we had to go back and get it! Not a pleasant end to an otherwise 'nice' stay

"One night stay in Bristol"
We were on our way to Land's end and decided to stop at Bristol for one night. We have been travelling for about 1 week and we wanted a place with kitchen so we can have "home cook" food for dinner. Also the washer/dryer allows us to wash our clothing. I gave Hotel Staff a grading of 1 because there is no hotel staff. Everything is self served, including getting the keys.

"Great City Centre Stay"
I'd booked the SACO Apartment in Bristol for a long weekend and arrived late on the Friday evening. It took about 12minutes to walk from Temple Meads railway station to the apartments and I was warmly greeted by the staff. I signed some paperwork and went up to the studio apartment. I found it to be spacious with a large bed (nearly got lost in it!), two sitting chairs and two dining chairs and a table. The kitchen area was great, with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster. The preparation space was small, but it had all the utensils and crockery, I was also chuffed to find a pint of milk in the fridge and some breakfast boxes left for me - it's the little things! The bathroom was great and had a decent shower. I had a comfortable stay, it was a little noisy outside but it all died down after 11pm and it didn't bother me. The staff were helpful and I'd really recommend staying here.
