The village hotel itself is very clean, room smelt lush! The customer service provided was amazing! has Starbucks in the hotel, what more to wish for? Not to forget the bed was so comfy, i didn't even go out 😂 Loved the smell of the bodywash - smelt refreshing Thank you Village Hotel, & see you soon!

Great apartment but seriously lacking in kitchen utensils and there wasn’t a dish cloth or tea towel. A small table and chairs to eat at would be helpful as well.

Great place for a treat, booked inclusive of eveing meal and really enjoyed it all. Room had been upgraded when we arrived as an added bonus. Nice bathroom - underfloor heating, walk in shower. Great views from the room.

Nice hotel which we have stayed at many times and convenient to get to Malvern from, where we visit the shows often. Parking sometimes a bit of a lottery, due to nearby presence of the Harvester eating house etc., but we have always managed to find a spot. It depends on what time of day you arrive.

Vintage building with unique historical signifance blending with 21 century living. Worth a visit in the summer to enjoy the views.

A weekend to visit our daughter who is at Birmingham University. The room was a little small but cosy and absolutely fulfilled our needs. We were given a top floor room as requested. We arrived at midday but were able to check in straight away. The car park was busy as there was a conference at the hotel that day but we managed to park ok. We dined in the 1900 Restaurant in the evening - the food was presented well and was delicious. Service was great and the lighting and background music...

We stayed here in August to attend a wedding nearby so didn't get chance to eat here so we thought we would return. The food was excellent, so was the room, staff and whole experience. There was just one small thing, the first time we stayed we had breakfast in the main bar/restaurant but this time we were seated in a separate room that was just laid out with tables and chairs and it just lacked a bit of atmosphere. Nothing bad to say at all

A friendly family run pub with excellent meals, carvery, and breakfasts. The staff were all very efficient and friendly. The carvery was excellent with a choice of three roasts, eight vegetables and two different potatoes followed by a good choice of dessert. Breakfasts are equally good with a large choice.
