The bar & grill very busy , loud . Had breakfast in the other room . Would have been nice to have an evening meal in there instead of going to the Toby carvery which was lovely . Shame . Not everyone wants big TVs and sport do understand, some people do

It was supposed to be a King bed but it was two singles. I tried to book in person as my mum was in the hospital across the road. I was told there were no rooms but was able to book through Expedia. It is not good value for money compared to other hotels in Bournemouth. Not a king bed and too much furniture in the room kept banging into it. TV was big and good to watch and easy to operate.

The heating didn't work in the room, none of the sickets next to the bed. The leisure facilities would be great if sauna and steam room would wirk,like was advised in their website. Jacuzzi was so busy,so we could get there just once in 3 hours time been there,so no pleasure at all,then you have to queuere and keep checking,not just relaxing. Not a single water fountain, first leisure where I couldn't find a single water fountain.

Booked and paid for a club room but on arrival was told there’s wasn’t any , wasn’t offered a reduction in price just a coffee , then get given a room right opposite the lift which was a nightmare all night ! this place was really nice a couple years ago but gone down hill massively

Overall ok, room good size, but lacks seating. Drinks were expensive. Food was ok, however a little expensive for what it was. We were hoping for a separate restaurant to eat in and not the bar area. It was my wife’s birthday and with all the workers from the hospital project it became a little noisy. Unfortunately, some party goers continued the party outside the bar which could be heard from our room which was quite a way away from his area. This happened on all three nights we stayed and on the final Saturday night this went on until around 2am in the morning, so not a great night sleep.

Lives up to it's poor cleanliness reports
Unfortunately the room was only cleaned on one day out of three. The shower was blocked but was quicly cleaned. Breakfast was good.

No really happy because not sleep propely because the matress are divide in two for a king size bed its wrong because you wake whit a peace of wood in your spine! Aswell when i check in very frendly people in reception they give room 235 and when i went i found a stick to the women hair in floor ! When we arrived, which was after check in time, the rooms were not ready. Even though the receptionist was good enough to give us vouchers for drinks while we waited, that was not the point. We needed to check in, get changed and go to a business meeting in a hurry. As it was, I had to call the business we were meeting with and explain the situation. We made it on time but only just. It's a nice hotel but there's room for improvement in this area. We had breakfast and it was a bit hap hazard as well. Very little left at 8AM and I did not see any replenishing. One teen boy was cleaning tables as fast as he could. One teen girl was putting flat ware down as fast as he could clean them. They seemed under staffed to say the least. But the room was clean and comfortable. I give them that.

WELL GOOD PEOPLE
WE FOUND THE ROOM BREAKFAST METC UP TO CURRENT INDUSTRY STANDARD. THE ONE EVENT THAT IMPRESSED US WAS THE STAFF, THE ENTHUSIASM OF HSUAN ON THE RECEPTION WITH HER POSITIVE AND VERY ABLE ATTITUDE TO OUR QUESTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS. FRANKIE WHO WORKED HARD TO ACCOMMODATE MY LIMITING MEDICAL DIET MAKING SURE I WAS CATERED FOR, AND ADAM WHO EXIBITED HIS MANAGEMENT SKILLS IN GETTING THINGS DONE AND MAKING SURE WE ENJOYED OUR STAY.

Our stay was great, the facilities are nice for a family break, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, changing rooms were a hit. Breakfast was ok, albeit basic / limited in choices. The Starbucks on site is a nice touch, large screens in the bar are great although minus audio which is a bit annoying… cinema style seating for viewing in a small area is a good touch. Missing a pool table or board games. Self check-in was Quirky and easy to do. By far the biggest let down of our stay, the cleanliness of our room was awful, the room simply didn’t look as if it had been cleaned, possible clean in the shower cubical, a change of bedding, fresh towels and an empty of the bins, was about all that was done to our room prior to us checking in. We arrived quite a while after the 3pm check in so this wasn’t an issue in terms of the cleaners being rushed or for our room to appear so unclean. The carpet was not only dirty and badly in need of the clean, but hadn’t been vacuumed properly. There was soggy crisps under the Childrens roll away beds, parts of happy meal boxes, lost property (plastic toys, maybe a dogs toy) from prior occupants and so on. Dust everywhere, headboard, furniture, hair around the toilet basin, thick dust in the corners of the room on the floor. Rollaway beds bedding for children was really rigid and tough. I am sure the cleaners work hard?! But our room was very badly presented. Unfortunately this is something what tarnished our stay somewhat.
