"I have no idea how this property got such high ratings. It is bland and forgettable with tiny, sadly decorated rooms. It is clean and quiet but for half the price I stayed at much nicer, more beautiful and more equipped hotels nearby- the Kimpton Charlotte square for instance had beautiful rooms that were twice as large with a fun lobby, gym and sauna. This hotel is a solid B-"

"The location was great but we felt the room was noisy/loud with street noise, upstairs neighbors and creaky floorboards. The beds were also uncomfortable with very thin pillows and rough sheets. Our party did not sleep well due to the noise. We also did not see any AC, so beware if coming in the summer."

"The main reason we booked was because of the airport shuttle. Upon our arrival on Friday with a Sunday departure, we were told it was not available that weekend. The hotel's write-up on Expedia should be much clearer to let travellers know they MUST book the shuttle 3 days in advance or it may be unavailable."
