"We came in for a football game and are a family of 5. There was a lot of space for us to spread out. I was a little concerned with some of the other reviews but the property management company was good to communicate with. The Wi-Fi was not great and we could not get the TV to work. Wish there were a few restaurant recommendations or things to do provided but maybe they only do that in the states. Overall the place were perfect for us and in a great tucked away location. Tube was a 5 minute walk...

We had to find alternative accommodation which was almost impossible at this time of year. The lady we spoke to yesterday was shocking, no help at all. She did say this would be escalated and someone would be in touch regarding refund, but no one has. This business is the worst I’ve ever dealt with,"

"We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment. So clean, and the location was so quiet....we come from country Australia so this was important. "We traveled from Oregon to London for Spring Break (me, husband and 3 teens) . The owner was very transparent about construction going on next door, which it was but we were out of the place early every day so it didn't really impact us. The townhouse was very much as stated in the VRBO description. We had a couple of issues with things like the dishwasher, but the host was very responsive and even came over 1 evening to help us out. He was really nice and helped to make our trip even better....

"The proximity to the train was a 7 min. walk. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There was a wonderful powerful blow dryer which was a plus. Door handles were a little hard to open but cute looking. The apartment overall is exactly like the pictures and spacious enough for my family of 6 for a short stay. Some tight spaces but we're flexible."

Great Stay
"This was my first time staying at an airport hotel and I am so glad I stayed here the night before my flight! It was easy to reach from London via the Elizabeth line. Follow the signs to the hotel once you get off the train (fair warning it is about a 10 minute walk). My room was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and I had a restful sleep. If you need a meal and don't want to eat at the hotel restaurant. you can get a cheaper meal at the M&S Foods located in Terminal 2. Terminal 2 is about a 5 minute walk. Great when my flight was at 8:30AM! "
