This is an entire detached house in Kew TW9 — behind its own private gate, with its own front garden, its own parking space on the drive, and its own front door. No shared lobbies, no building corridors, no neighbours on the other side of a wall. Just a complete house, entirely yours, in one of the most charming and well-connected villages in west London.

THE HOUSE
The king master bedroom has carpet floors, bespoke fitted wardrobes, an electronic combination safe, and high-quality linen. The master ensuite has a shower and basin — private to the master bedroom. The second bedroom is a comfortable double with carpet floors, twin wardrobes and high-quality linen. The family bathroom has a bath-shower, heated towel rail, hotel-quality towels, hairdryer, shower amenities, toilet paper, and shaver charging point.

The open-plan lounge and kitchen features bespoke fitted cabinetry, a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and cable, and a double sofa bed always made up and ready to use — extra pillows and blankets provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils. Workspace and fast Wi-Fi are available throughout. Window AC units and fans during the warmer months.

The private front garden has outdoor seating with table and chairs — a rare luxury for a London rental property, and one that guests across every season consistently enjoy. One free private parking space on the gated drive is included in the rental at no additional charge.

A noise decibel monitor is installed on the premises — sound levels only, no audio or video. Quiet hours apply between 21:00 and 09:00, including in the garden.

It is quiet, prosperous, and remarkably well-connected for a neighbourhood that feels so resolutely non-urban.

The Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew are a UNESCO World Heritage Site — 326 acres of extraordinary botanical collections attracting visitors from across the world in every season. The Thames riverside path is equally close, with walks towards Richmond and Twickenham. Richmond Park — one of London`s greatest green spaces — is a short distance away.

Kew Gardens tube (District line) is approximately 10 minutes on foot, with direct connections to Victoria, Sloane Square, and the West End. Kew Bridge National Rail connects to Waterloo. Heathrow Airport is approximately 20–25 minutes by car via the M4 — one of the most convenient airport connections available from any residential London neighbourhood.

Amazing stay!

Beautiful, spacious flat in a fantastic location! We absolutely loved our stay here; the place was spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook for yourself, as well as milk, coffee, and various spices. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the private patio/garden space. Communication with property management was fantastic; they responded to messages immediately and were always friendly, professional, and helpful. They also very kindly accommodated an early check-in request, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight! 10/10 experience!

A great London base near Kew Gardens

What a lovely lodging to use as our base for a London visit ! In a quiet and charming neighborhood near the end of the District line, just a 7 minute walk from the station, with a nice old pub nearby and good restaurants. The space is bright, clean, roomy enough, and very comfortable, with nice furnishings and well supplied kitchen and bath. There is a lovely and fragrant outside garden with seating. The 1-1/2 baths were fine for our party of 3. We can't speak to the heating system, as our visit was on the 3 hottest days of the year, with the AC and fans struggling to keep up.We would happily stay here again on a future London visit.
