"Lovely cottage in a great location in historic Conwy. Very well equipped, with the added bonus of street parking outside. This was a great help, as although it's very very tight to park your car here, the cottage has the added bonus of being able to use next door's space, too! Highly recommended. "

"It is an amazing home! It’s clean spacious and right in the centre of Conway with easy access to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. The house is decorated with modern features and has lots of amenities e.g washing machine, dog bed and bowls, and everything you’d need for cooking. Would definitely recommend and will be going back again! Thank you"

"We stayed in early June for a week. The location is great, very close to the town centre and the walls of the castle only being yards away.
It is uphill from the town centre however, if you walking or breathing difficulties, it could be a problem.
We have only stayed in a cottage once before. Last year in Cornwall, unfortunately it's the only reference point to judge and similar price for the same week last year.
This cottage was not the same quality. Size was similar but quality of fittings...

Warm welcome, friendly helpful staff, very enjoyable reasonably priced evening meal. Excellent breakfast.
The room on the top floor accessed by a steep staicase, was spacious and very clean, slight downside the mattress was a little tired.
The location of the hotel was ideal very close to town centre.
Tip. The restaurant is very popular so book a table in advance.
Watch out for parking fines, paying by phone does not always work, one guest paid by phone and still got £100 worth of parking...

A very rare review – but our stay at Y Capel was absolutely faultless. Although a remote annexe of The Erskine Arms (on the same small street, opposite Erskine Arms) it is absolutely beautiful. A converted chapel with its own parking, one vehicle per room. It is ideally situated, right in the centre of Conwy. Walking distance from all the essential venues in Conwy. We stayed a couple of nights to have a break and see the sights and experience what Llandudno has to offer these days. It's therefore very helpful that the owners are approachable and knowledgeable of the attractions, restaurants and parking.
You can also sense from all the small touches to the facilities, breakfast etc that the owners are personally involved and dedicated to ensuring your stay is one you will appreciate.

The owners have done a wonderful job in making the hotel spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with every bit of detail. Even the car park and waste bins are immaculate.
The breakfasts are cooked and presented in a style that could compete with a Michelin chef.
Easy walking distance to the main town with beautiful sea views.
It’s a gem and a credit to the owners.
We’ll be back.

Renovation going on at the moment but this did not impact on our stay, except that the room we stayed in needed some tlc. I'm sure that the issues we raised with the lovely staff will be attended to. We were offered another room but were happy to stay with the minor issues.
