"The room was clean and relatively comfortable but noisy and there was no WiFi. The manager was on phone as I asked reception and I could have worked from the communal areas but not from the room. Breakfast was ok."

"It was a very nice setting outside but inside could have a better layout, felt like a business lounge in the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful but did have a few issues with orders which resulting in myself eating separately despite the meal costing around £300. Unfortunately too many children around for us having a night off from children! Lots of rooms downstairs so perhaps some adult only areas? Lots of children in the Spa which made the experience quite unrelaxing. Very overpriced for the experience in my opinion. Sadly wouldn’t return. Although food was delicious and bed very comfy!"
