Westward Ho! Amazing Sea View!!
An amazing 2 Bedroom flat, ideal for families or a couples getaway. A comfortable seaside themed decor will greet you on arrival, all areas are furnished to a high standard with amazing sea views from 3 of the 4 main rooms! Walking distance to the beach which is great for surfing or just for a walk or a chill out! The flat has full Wi-fi & Sky TV with full sports package. Local pubs, Cafe’s, restaurants all within walking distance as well. The perfect getaway in North Devon.
The apartment has a Master Bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds comfortable sleeping 4 in total. There is a blow up mattress bed which can be located in the Lounge to sleep an additional two people making it 6 in total.
VERY IMPORTANT (For the Safety of other residents in the block) Please make sure the white front door to the communal area is locked when you leave AND after you've entered the building. When entering you can lock the door from the inside using the internal thumb turn lock. When leaving you need to lift the handle up as far as it will go and use the key to lock the door.
RUBBISH Correct disposal of the rubbish is EXTREMELY important out of respect to fellow owners/residents living in the block. Recycling can be put in the box located inside the utility room(directly in front of you as come out of the door to the apartment, down a few steps), all other general waste can be put in number 5 outside ONLY. It is marked clearly with a number 5. Please refrain from using other residents bins or leaving rubbish out on the landing as it causes a bad smell for other residents.
PARKING There is one parking spot located on the premised, again, clearly marked with a number 5. Any additional cars over one must be parking on the street. Please do not park in any other parking spaces apart from the one marked 5 as you may risk a fine or removal.

The property was nice and easy to find, it had a great view of the sea and was in walking distance to everything. If I come back to Westward Ho I would rent this property again.
A lovely spacious property. Very well presented and equipped. Very clean. Great views of the beach and Northam burrows. Just far enough out of the main resort.
Apartment set up a hill from beach & town. An easy walk if mobile. Building well kept & apartment spotless, nicely furnished & well equipped. Only negatives, conflicting instructions on rubbish disposal. No obvious outside bin for apartment. Bins which seemed to be for apartment had locks on. Ended up driving to recycling spot to dispose of rubbish on final day. No laundry bag as per instructions so left used bedding & towels in a pile in bedroom. No obvious way to get heating to work on very chilly evenings. However, would definitely recommend despite these issues.
The property was spacious, from the lounge, to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The property had been cleaned very well, could not fault the cleanliness, a plus point in today’s circumstances.
Location was good for us, close enough to walk to town, just an uphill walk on the way back.
Wonderful large appartment with magnificent sea views. Very nicely appointed with well chosen furniture and decor. Master bedroom was huge with a great ensuite and massive shower with plenty of hot water. Extremely handy for the beach and shops and quite enough to be fully relaxing. We all had a marvellous week and really enjoyed the atmosphere and well kept nature of the property and the gardens.
