"My stay started off beautifully, honestly couldn't have asked for a better check-in. Paul, the dapper gent with the soothing voice and vibe, made me feel instantly looked after. Talk about a safe place e. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and had everything I needed for my stay. I even grabbed a cheeky pint at the bar, didn't catch the woman's name (that's on me), but she was an absolute laugh and made me feel welcome. All in all, At... and did I mention Paul?!"

"Just had 3 nights at Instow Barton. If I could given them 11 I would. Great brekkies catering for all inc my veggie husband who loved home made granola, cakes, pastries plus full breakfast. Good clean spacious rooms. -Well placed for quick 10 min walk to Instow where we had fresh fish/ mussels on 2 nights. Honestly a generous couple who cater for absolutely everything. Good nights sleep as quiet with scenic views. best cup of tea I’ve ever had - I think it’s the Devon water can’t believe it makes such a difference. Was allowed to bring our dog who is pretty well behaved. Lovely rest, sunbathing at Saunton and revisiting old haunts. Thankyou both, a great stay. "

"Lovely stay for 1 week in August with our spaniel, communication great with operator and staff very friendly. The site was clean, tidy and generally well maintained, the only point to note is the part built wing of the development 'under construction' which appears to have been in its current unfinished state for sometime; although unsightly and the only downside to the acomodation, this definitely did not spoil our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. "

"Lovely hotel. Welcomed us & our dog. Excellent walking area at the back of the hotel for walking the dog. Had a Sunday roast which was as good as mine! Breakfast was so large, I didn’t have to eat again that day!"

"Landlady went beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Incredible food and sent us off in the morning with complimentary food water for our trek. Extremely friendly/welcoming atmosphere! Couldn’t recommend more!"

"The house is beautifully clean and extremely well equipped. Plenty of toys and games to keep children busy.Although we didnt use them, every type of beach accessories were available for our use. Great location, enjoyed the walk across the Burrows to the beach. Great fish n chips from the Atlantic Bay. Lots of interesting places to visit without travelling too far."

"We had a family room which was very luxurious for two people. Comfortable, spacious and with 3 windows overlooking the quayside. Everything clean, with well thought out design in bathroom etc. Highly recommended."

"Cabin was cosy and fun for the kids, there were a lot of spider webs on the underside of the bunk beds which freaked my son out as he hates spiders. Overall it’s a nice quiet and relaxing place for a break. We enjoyed roughing it by cooking on a small stove. The maintenance guys were very helpful for retrieving a shuttlecock we hit on the roof. Would definitely stay again. "
