Walking the SWCP and this hotel was perfect for my needs. It was clean, friendly staff and the onsite pub/restaurant served good quality food. Highly recommended

Excellent bb. Lovely friendly couple to welcome you, lovely room. Animal friendly, good location for Bude area. Continental breakfast is loads of fruit, cereals, toast, juices, all in all fabulous. Tea or coffee offered regularly by great hosts Julian and Paula. Definitely one to return to.

Lovely residence, clean and comfy. All staff were cheerful, polite, helpful and attentive. My youngest was thrilled about the peacocks roaming the site. Great base to explore, a day out to Bude, only 25mins away...Thoroughly enjoyable all round.

Great litlle B&B really friendly and just a nice short walking distance from Instow beach. Breakfast was great and little touches like afternoon cakes just added to the experience.

Checked okay parking was close, the lift was out of order so walked to room not really a problem, but staff member sent me me on a 10min walk around the hotel with their instructions on how to get to the room, I later discovered a much quicker way using an alternative staircase, room was clean and well maintained. WiFi not the best but definitely useable. I cannot comment on food as I didn't eat in the hotel but there are some nice restaurants nearby.

Fabulous situation and helpful, friendly staff. Public rooms and indoor pool of high standard. The bedroom we had was comfortable and clean although a little 'tired' in places....however no complaints as we had a last minute bargain booking.

Beautiful B&B with a sea view, very clean & lots of added extras. Coffee machine & chocolate treats. Very clean.

Just what I needed. I used to have bar meals here years ago but never stayed.It is quirky and perfect.

Everything about Boscastle House is just right. The house is spotless with much attention to detail. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and served in a very pleasant dining room by Dawn. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Lovely place in Appledore, really well furnished and friendly and helpful staff. Great spot to stay.

Good off road parking. Great value and worth the extra £6 for a breakfast which was varied and tasty. A good walk to the sea front and particularly on the way back uphill but you need to burn off the seaside food! Recently changed hands and new owners welcoming and provided great service- including returning some clothes to me that I had left behind by mistake

Can not fault this hotel large selection for breakfast and would recommend evening meal we will return
