A big plus was the shuttle service to NYC but be prepared to use the cheaper one which is about 8 minutes up the road and a 15 minute walk back. The front desk was very good in explaining the details and where to go. On the not so bright side, we did find a roach in our bathroom. But the room was pretty nice. Not bad for wanting an affordable trip close to the big apple! I literally slept with socks pants and a sweater. Never experienced that in a hotel before. Also seems like housekeeping didn’t change the toilet paper roll and basically kept the same roll from the previous customers. But I would give it a try again. Housekeeping service was great, the room attendants on floor 3 made sure we had clean towels and serviced our room every other day. The Daily Breakfast included was simple but tasty and well prepared by the team. The 24hour coffee and tea station was a plus+++; Very delightful after long hours spent touring in the cold weather of NJ. The shuttle drivers were very punctual; friendly, &helpful. Overall the stay was very pleasant and my family and I enjoyed it. Thank you to the entire team for taking care of all our needs ; keep up the great work!
