"We used the spa which was lovely, everywhere was clean and tidy could have done with a refresh on the bed head board , staff very good, breakfast a bit disappointing as it was in pots to keep warm , which sort of steamed everything"

"Lovely building and very close to town centre, all the staff are lovely - friendly and helpful. Our room was ok but not as clean as it should have been, only 1 set of towels on arrival, shower gel was empty. All got resolved though as soon as I requested. We hung up our towels to re-use but they were changed each day. Free bottled water provided each day and good tea and coffee set up. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - plenty of choices and really well done. Menu only, no buffet for juice or pastries or any extras but it was all prepared fresh and served quickly with generous portions."

"Disappointed that I was not notified that they had a wedding at the hotel as this affect my stay, no food being served at night and the poor staff was extremely busy, I had to go somewhere else to get a drink. "

"- Food at the hotel was fantastic. - Staff are very friendly and loved having a chat - Outside area big and good for dogs/kids - Big rooms and bathrooms - Hotel is dated and rooms could do with some investment. - People outside were very very loud but this is not the hotels fault and it was a bank holiday weekend.
