Amazing stay. Excellent staff. Beautiful room.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff were great and they are on hand to help you with whatever you need. Stefi our personal executive was amazing! When you scan the QR code in the room you can pick your method of how you communicate with the team and for me this was WhatsApp. It was great. The team were responsive and answered every query I had. The wellness floors are also lovely. During our stay we used the gym and also went to the spa. The rooftop bar has nice views of the city. The in room...

I have stayed at the sister hotel, Hotel Costes, before for work trips. This hotel is the friendlier version of the Paris Hotel. The staff was amazing from start to finish, the details in the room were amazing and the food was worth calling room service for. I can honestly say this is value for money...

Always enjoy the personal attention and comfort of this top class homely hotel with a proper lounge Only snag don't get a front facing room if you are easily disturbed and can avoid it as it can be very noisy on the street during night especially Tuesday night for bins emptying. I need window open as air con blows on head and I am a light sleeper so no sleep was had. Also shower of interconnected room was noisy and disturned me v early. Otherwise well located for Victoria and walking to...

We stay at The Lanesborough regularly when visiting London. This was our second Christmas stay and we have already booked for 2024 because this hotel is wonderful. The staff are all incredible and make you feel so special.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Belgravia. Brilliant service, superb breakfast and the most gorgeous room with all amenities we needed especially the gorgeous bed and linen. We were attending an event at Buckingham Palace and asked for a late check out, this was accommodated, thanks so much

Fantastic apartment, big comfortable bed little kitchen upstairs with dishwasher & hob microwave washing machine Nice bathroom, downstairs shower pressure not brilliant but not awful Amazing location next to Sloane Square AC was amazing Highly recommend

The hotel is very clean and well designed (although the lifts can be a bit frustrating at times). However, the stand out feature is the service. The doormen, the reception, the concierge and the cleaning staff are all exceptionally helpful and polite, making you feel so welcome all the time.

Small room but comfortable. No tea making equipment but it was provided when requested. No lift and quite a few stairs! Nice hotel.

Great staff. We mentined it was our anniversary on arrival at 1am (in passing) and next day returned to find a free bottle of champagne and signed card. A really nice touch. Staff were really helpful and friendly and hotel was really great quality. A fantastic place.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The room was gorgeous - clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly - customer service outstanding. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Very good location for my needs. Lovely space and cleanliness throughout.

Superb!! The staff are incredible and made our return journey seamless.. they are so welcoming and very attentive. The hotel is a perfect location especially as we went to see a concert in Hyde Park! It’s a gem of a hotel right in the heart of London…

Such a treat to stay here. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a day for a break before the birth of our third child, despite living in central London. A very relaxing afternoon in the spa and swimming pool (which is restricted to guests and, on a Saturday afternoon we were the only people in there). We booked a park view room which had great views over Hyde Park and were upgraded to a suite, which was exceptional. The service throughout was friendly and first class. Overall a great stay. The only downside at present is that there is...

Lovely comfy bed and very clean, lovely and friendly staff as well.

What a lovely hotel! The location is right in the centre of the most elegant area of London. Beautiful Belgravia. It's just around the corner from Elizabeth Street, voted the prettiest street in London with its bespoke shops and floral frontages. The hotel has a 24/7 concierge, very comfortable and nicely decorated rooms and extremely smart bathrooms. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotels boasts its very...
