Excellent hotel next to airport
"We usually stay the night before our travels from Norwich airport. The hotel is walking distance from the airport . This time we did have an issue with our room. However this was quick;y sorted out by Nikki, she was extremely helpful, very professional and wished for our stay to be a happy one. Thank you Nikki. We did have our evening meal in the restaurant. It is so nice to have a relaxing time before travelling the next day."

"Our stay was incredible, beautiful setting and lovely facilities. We made use of the spa facilities, golf course, bar and restaurant. Our room was fabulous and can’t fault any of it. We parked the car up and didn’t move it for 24 hours :) "

"Hotel is located 2 to 3 miles from Norwich city centre. Plenty of car parking available. Buses 28, 29 and 29X all leave near Asda to the city centre. Buses are frequent. Staff at reception and in the bar were all very pleasant. Room was very clean, as was the ensuite. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast had lots of hot and cold food options. Plenty of hot and cold beverages available too.
Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at Mercure Norwich."

"For some reason, we were upgraded from a standard double to a suite with a four poster bed which was a lovely surprise.
The rooms are not serviced if your stay is 3 nights or less but you can place rubbish, used towels and toiletries outside your door and they will be removed and replaced.
There was a large choice at breakfast including pastries, toast, cereal and cooked items all served buffet style so something for everyone. We went out each day and evening so did not have lunch or evening meal at the hotel.
All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and it was lovely to see the rabbits outside the window each morning and running around the grounds throughout the day.
We've stayed here before and are planning to come back and bring the dog next time."
